At LOVESTITCH, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
